HERBAL TEA
Many herbal tea helps to improve digestion well, you can try this tea. Its delicious and has many health benefits. It calms the mind and settle the stomach.

From Left : Gui Hua, Peppermint Leave
For 4 person:
- 1 tablespoon of gui hua,
- 1 tablespoon of peppermint leaf(dried)in 1 litre of hot water in a tea pot
- Steep for 15mins
- Add honey to taste


SOUP FOR BACKACHE
(Easy to Prepare, No harm Trying)
- Half Cup Black Bean, immerse in water over night
- On the Second day, pour away the water & boil the black bean with 700ml of water till soft
- Drink this water twice a day
- Do it consecutively for 5 days
- You will feel your back pain recover faster

GREAT & TASTY SOUP
This soup helps to reduce water retention, beautify skin and prevent acne and wrinkles from forming.

From Left: Green Bean, Red Bean, English Barley, White Fungus
Ingredients
- 30 gram green bean
- 30 gram red bean
- 30 gram english barley
- 30 gram white fungus
- Add 2 litre of water and boil till the bean is soft
- Add rock sugar to taste

This point is known as si bai, use finger to press a minute a day to reduce dark eye circle and eye bags.

NICE SKIN
If u want nice skin, you can drink white fungus with red dates, for 3 consercutive morning with an empty stomach. Must drink it warm.

Fresh Milk and Ripe Tomato Juice Skin Cleanser
Anti-Wrinkle Treatments for Perfect Skin, by Pierre Jean Cousin.
Good tomatoes are an abundant source of vitamins A, B (including folic acid), and C; potassium and magnesium; and valuable antioxidants and trace elements. The high acid content in the recipe - lactic acid in the milk and fruit acid in the tomato - gives this cleansing lotion a gentle peeling action. Test on the inside arm or wrist for any possible allergic reactions before using on the face.

INGREDIENTS
1 medium very ripe tomato
5 fl. oz fresh whole milkbottled or spring water
METHOD
Process the tomato, using a food processor or blender. Strain and discard the pulp. Add tomato juice to an equal amount of milk. Store in a covered container or bottle in the refrigerator. Apply to the face and neck, using cotton pads, once or twice a day. Leave on for 10 minutes and rinse with bottled or spring water and pat dry.
EFFECT
Cleanses Skin types: oily, combination (but test first, see above), not recommended for sensitive skin.

Once or twice daily for 1 week

INGREDIENTS
Honey, as needed (about 1/8 cup)
1/4 apple
1/4 orange, peeled
6 grapes
3 strawberries

1. Whiz fruits (but not honey) in your blender or food processor until smooth.
2. Wash face and pat dry. Immediately apply a thin layer of honey, then smooth the fruit mixture evenly over the honey.
3. Allow mask to remain in place for at least 15 minutes, then wash off with warm water and gently pat dry.

Cucumber Facial Cleanser
This recipe will clean stubborn dirt from your face.
Materials: Cucumber Juice Milk
Procedure: Extract juice from the cucumber by using a juicer. Get a small amount of juice and mix with milk enough to clean your face. Dub a little amount of the mix using a clean cotton balls and gently wipe your face. Then wash your face with lukewarm water.

Carrot Juice Exfoliating Toner
This recipe for uneven skin tones due to blemishes and pigmentation.
You will need: Carrots
Procedure: Make a carrot juice by extracting the juice using a juicer. Apply on face’s blemishes and pigmentation. Use this daily to achieve clear and well-toned skin.

Carrots and Pineapple Extract
To renew skin cells into youthful glow.
You will need: Pineapple juice Carrot juice
Procedure: Mix pineapple juice and carrot juice together. Apply on face by using cotton balls. Leave the extract for 15 minutes and wash face with lukewarm water. Repeat this remedy as often as your want.

Apple Slices Oil Control Solution
This recipe is good for oily face. It cleans the pores and controls oily secretion.
You will need: Apple
Procedure: Thinly slice the apple and rub gently onto oily skin.

Banana Facial Cream
This recipe is for supple skin as well as maintaining the skin's natural glow. Banana is also wonderful as an anti-wrinkle treatment.
You will need: Ripe Banana
Procedure: Mash 1/4 banana until very creamy. Spread all over your face and leave for 15-20 minutes before rinsing off with warm water followed by a dash of cold water. Then gently pat dry.

Orange Peels Natural Bleach
For fairer skin and natural skin bleaching.
You will need: Orange peels Milk
Procedure: Dry the orange peels under the heat of the sun. Leave it until it is dry enough to be powdered into pieces. Mix the powder and the milk thoroughly and apply this paste in the skin for 25 minutes. Wash off with water and do this regularly or alternate days.

Tomato-Honey Skin Toner
For a clearer and more vibrant well-toned skin
You will need: Tomato juice Honey
Procedure: Mix the tomato juice with honey until it appears sticky. Apply the mixture of tomato juice and honey on the face and neck. Wash it after 15 minutes.

Honey Milk Facial Cream
To make your skin glow and flawless.
Materials: Honey Milk
Procedure: In a piece of container mix honey and milk. Stir until it became creamy. Apply into face and leave it for about 15 minutes. Wash off with lukewarm water.


Honey Facial Mask
Perhaps the best facial mask is honey.
Place a cloth in warm water and apply to your face to open the pores. Smear on honey, and leave on for 15 to 30 minutes. Rinse off with warm water, then use cold water to close the pores. Use once a week!

White Nails (Hey, this is quite interesting, no harm trying)
To whiten your nails, try these:
* Use a common whitening toothpaste. Try scrubbing your nails with Pearl Drops, it's just as easy as achieving a pearly white smile and will take away any stains and shine up your nails.
* Soak your nails in water with lemon juice or lemon slices. The lemon acts as an astringent and will strip away stains. Once your hands are dry, you'll only need to put on a couple of coats of a clear topcoat.

BASIC FAT BURNING SOUP

TAKEN FROM SACRED HEART MEMORIAL HOSPITAL USED FOR OVERWEIGHT HEART PATIENTS TO LOSE WEIGHT RAPIDLY, USUALLY BEFORE SURGERY.

6 large green onions 2 green peppers Half beetroot
1 or 2 cans of tomatoes 1 bunch celery
1 large head of cabbage 1 packet Lipton soup

Season with salt, pepper, curry, parsley, if desired or bouillon or hot sauce.

Cut vegetables in small to medium pieces and cover with water.
Boil fast for 10 minutes.
Cut to simmer and continue cooking until vegetables is tender.
This soup can be eaten anytime you are hungry.
Eat as much as you want, whenever you want.
This soup will not add calories. The more you eat, the more you will lose.
Fill a thermos in the morning if you will be away during the day.
If eaten alone for indefinite periods, you would suffer malnutrition.

[ DAY ONE ]
All fruits except bananas.
Cantaloupe and watermelon are lower in calories than most fruits.
Eat only the soup and fruits.
For drinks, unsweetened tea, cranberry juice or water.

[ DAY TWO ]
All vegetables.
Eat until you are stuffed with all the fresh raw or canned-vegetables.
Try to eat green leafy veggies and stay away from dry beans, peas and corn.
Eat along with the soup.
For dinner, reward yourself with a BIG baked potato and butter.
Do not eat any fruits.

[ DAY THREE ]
Eat all the soup, fruits and veggies you want. Do NOT have a baked potato.
Note: If you have eaten for 3 days as above and have not cheated, You will find you have lost 5 – 7 pounds.

[ DAY FOUR ]
Bananas and skim milk.
Eat as many as 3 bananas and drink as many glasses of water as you can on this day, along with the soup. Bananas are high in calories and carbohydrates and so is the milk. But on this particular day, your body will need the potassium and calcium to lessen your craving for sweets.

[ DAY FIVE ]
Beef and tomatoes.
You may have 10 – 20 ounces of beef and a can of tomatoes or as many as 6 fresh tomatoes on this day. Try to drink at least 6 – 8 glasses of water this day to wash away the uric acid in your body. Eat the soup at least once this day.

[ DAY SIX ]
Beef and veggies. Eat to your heart’s content of the beef and vegetables this day.
You can even have two or three steaks if you like, with green leafy vegetables, but NO baked potato.
Be sure to eat the soup at least once today.

[ DAY SEVEN ]
Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice and vegetables.
Again stuff, stuff yourself.
Be sure to have the soup at least once today.

At the end of the 7th day, if you have not cheated on the above diet, you will have lost 10 – 17 pounds. If you lost more than 17 pounds, stay off the diet for 2 days before resuming the diet again for 1 day.

This 7-day eating plan can be used as often as you like. As a matter of fact, if correctly followed, it will clean your systems of impurities and give you a feeling of well-being as never before.

After only 7 days of this process, you will begin to feel lighter by at least 10 and possibly 17 pounds, having an abundance of energy. Continue this plan as long as you wish and feel the difference.

This diet is fast, fat-burning, and the secret is that you will burn more calories than you take in. It will flush your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well-being. The diet does not lend itself to drinking any alcoholic beverages at any time because of the removal of fat build-up in your system. Go off the diet at least 24 hours before any intake of alcohol.

Because everyone’s digestive system is different, this diet will meet everyone differently. After day three, you will have more energy than when you began if you did not cheat. After being on the diet for several days, you will find your bowl movements have changed – eat a cup of bran fiber. Although you can have black coffee with this diet, you may find that you don’t need the caffeine after the third day.

DEFINITE NO-NO’S
Bread, alcohol, carbonated drinks, including diet drinks. Stick with water, unsweetened tea, black coffee, unsweetened fruit juices, cranberry juice and skim milk.

The Basic Fat-Burning Soup can be eaten anytime you are hungry. Eat as much as you wish. Remember, the more you eat, the more you will loose. No fried foods or bread. You can eat broiled or baked chicken instead of beef (absolutely no skin on the chicken).

Any prescribed medication will not hurt you on this diet. Continue this plan as long as you wish and feel the difference both mentally and physically. If you prefer, you can substitute broiled fish for the beef on only one of the beef days. You need high protein in the beef the other day.
